We brainstorm with our design and production team for hours to make your decor unforgettable. Our experience varies from doing intimate dinner parties to large scale events. It all begins with an idea…
When you think of an event our goal is to show you what we can do. Starting with a phone conversation, we lead with just a few words from you and how you want the event to feel - bold, glamorous, intimate, traditional and build off of that. Then we move onto the next phase. And we bring it to life.
Once we have an idea for your day, we build custom sketches and create presentations for your event to showcase the ambience and overall highlights such as the stage, reception table, centerpieces, florals descriptions, catering, servers, bartending & DJ. We bring these to our meeting and adjust based on our conversation. From there, we get to work and keep you posted on our progress. Ultimately, all of this transpires from our company motto - custom, meticulous and exceptional decor. we believe that teamwork makes the dream works.

Lorena Mor. President and founder of VIP CIRCLE has the expertise, connections and vision to lead her team to produce interior design and events that are memorable and exceed expectations.
Successful entrepreneurs love the work they do, and that is evident when you watch Lorena in action, a bright smile across her face. In 2018 she started her business from scratch and VIP CIRCLE continues to grow with her leadership, passion, honesty, creativity, integrity, kindness and inspiration. Her creative ideas are always brewing, giving new energy to every event her team plans. Lorena has the qualities of a successful interior & event planner: throughout, expert knowledge, ingenuity in identifying and solving problems, communicative, and responsive to her clients. She maintains a big picture philosophy with a focus on the goals and critical eye on the details. Through the years, Lorena has established connections with an extensive network of trusted professionals to customize the best team for each event. Her experience includes managing events of all sizes from corporate meetings to fundraising galas and celebrations. For guests traveling to the Florida area, Lorena has the resources to provide a warm welcome, including unique local entertainment, stunning décor, transportation, and team building activities. Developing a theme and selecting the venue, menu, decor and entertainment to support it, is one of Lorena's greatest creative talents. By working closely with diverse teams, Lorena executes exceptional meetings and events that achieve business objectives and exceed expectations-all with ease and efficiency.

WILLIAM | EVENT MANAGER
William uses his trademark skills of problem solving, creativity, and flexibility to help clients produce corporate events and meetings. He excels at logistics and operations , his attention to detail means that events and meetings go smoothly from concept to completion.
Good at wearing multiple hats, WIll is adept at responding quickly to changing circumstances, always maintaining an upbeat, can-do attitude. As project manager, He specializes in customer service that nurtures positive, productive relationships with both clients and suppliers. Will advances his clients’ mission by making the most of their event experiences, while minimizing cost.
In addition to managing in-house meeting and event logistics for VIP CIRCLE company, Will has planned high-caliber events and conferences.
